Returns Policy

At Napoleon Rings, we prioritise customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that our customers are pleased with their purchases. However, in the event that a return is necessary, we have established a clear and concise return policy to facilitate the process.

Our return policy allows for returns within a 30-day window from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, which includes intact packaging and no signs of wear on the jewellery pieces. It is important to note that the original shipping fees incurred during the purchase are non-refundable.

There are specific categories of items that are exempt from our return policy. Personalised items, which are crafted uniquely for each customer, cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, earrings are also excluded from returns due to hygiene considerations.

In cases where an order is cancelled or returned, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied. This fee is implemented to cover standard merchant processing and third-party fees associated with the transaction.
